Do you ever hold back from being playful? Maybe you want to start a dance, join a game, or take a risk—but something stops you. Why is this so common? Often, it stems from experiences early in life where being ourselves didn’t feel safe. In response, we developed protective mechanisms to keep us out of the spotlight and away from rejection.
When someone invites us to “be playful,” it can bring up questions:
Will I be accepted for who I am?
Will I be rejected or judged?
In this training, you’ll learn how to reclaim your natural playfulness—on your own terms. Through a step-by-step process, this training prioritizes safety and consent, helping you connect with your playful side in a way that feels comfortable and freeing.
