CONSULTING SERVICES WITH PURPOSE CO

Purpose Co is a solution design consulting firm that leverages strategy, design thinking, and research to help clients develop actionable solutions for complex challenges and identify opportunities with effective implementation plans.
I partnered with Purpose Co in a multi-year collaboration that included:
  • Designing and facilitating staff retreats.
  • Leading a two-year curriculum development program focused on relationship building, problem-solving, conflict management, and time management.
  • Designing and facilitating a cross-Canada tour in five cities with a client, aimed at developing future workforce skills.
  • Designing and delivering custom activations with Purpose Co’s clients, including tailored training programs, retreat facilitation, and event design.
  • Organizing team-building activities and leading custom internal training sessions for specific skill development.
  • Contributing to the co-design of a new service offering.

Through collaboration on multiple projects, I was able to effectively support the client across a diverse range of initiatives, including curriculum design, service design, experience design, and training development. This involved adapting to varied circumstances and enabling the delivery of customized, high-quality services.
