Culture redesing with PYE GLOBAL

PYE Global​ ​is​ ​a​ ​global​ ​non-profit​ dedicated to ​unleashing​ ​the​ ​creative​ power ​of​ ​young​ ​people.​ Together with their international partners they have trained over 6000 people in 20 countries reaching over 200,000 young people in 15 countries each year. 

Working with the team over a one-year period of intense transition, I co-created a generative team meeting process, placed the groundwork for strong group agreements, and contributed to a culture of creativity, authenticity and shared leadership, helping the organisation experience the magic of their programs internally. ​​
